Terms of Use

Effective date: August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Main Street, operated by Aestryd LLC("we," "us," or "our"), including our website and iOS / Android applications (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Where we operate and compliance with law

Main Street may be offered in multiple countries, including the United States and GCC member states (United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Qatar, State of Kuwait, Kingdom of Bahrain, and Sultanate of Oman), and in other jurisdictions where we make the Services available. We are committed to complying with all laws and regulations that apply to us in each such jurisdiction, including mandatory consumer-protection, privacy, and data-protection rules. Nothing in these Terms permits unlawful conduct, and we will not knowingly operate or require you to use the Services in a manner that violates applicable law. Where a local mandatory rule conflicts with these Terms, that rule controls to the extent of the conflict for users protected by it.

3. What Main Street is

Main Street is a loyalty and rewards platform for local businesses and their customers. Customers can join shops, hold merchant-funded store credits and offers, refer friends, and redeem rewards. Merchants can configure offers, run desk QR join flows, and settle checkouts in coordination with customers.

Main Street is not a bank, payment institution, or e-money issuer. Card, cash, and wallet payments for goods or services are processed by the merchant (or the merchant's licensed payment partners) outside the Services. Store credits and similar rewards in Main Street are merchant-funded marketing incentives and cannot be withdrawn as cash from Main Street.

4. Accounts

Customers typically sign in with a mobile number. Merchants typically sign in with email and password. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years of age).

5. Rewards and offers

Rewards, credits, coupons, spins, and referral benefits are subject to program rules set by the relevant merchant and by Main Street. Offers may change, expire, or be capped. Credits are not legal tender and have no cash surrender value through Main Street unless a merchant expressly states otherwise under applicable law.

Merchants alone decide whether to offer, and at what rates, Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 (L1 / L2 / L3) referral credit percentages and walk-in desk QR / Welcome QR (LQr) incentives. Main Street does not guarantee any particular percentage or that a merchant will continue any referral or Welcome program. Merchants may set, change, reduce, or discontinue these percentages — including setting them to zero — at their sole discretion. Rates shown in the Services may change without a separate notice to each customer beyond what the product displays.

6. Merchant offer discretion

Merchants may decline to honor a specific offer or redemption for valid operational reasons — for example suspected fraud or ineligibility, inventory or staffing limits, or an offer that was misconfigured — provided they promptly justify the denial to Main Street through our support or ops channels when asked (and, where the product supports it, by recording the reason in-product).

Main Street may review the justification, request documentation, reverse or restore rewards, and take enforcement action if a denial is abusive, unlawful, or used to game the program. Patterned unjustified refusals or bait-and-switch practices are misuse of the Services. This clause does not require merchants to violate applicable consumer-protection or anti-discrimination laws.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Commit fraud, create fake accounts, fabricate referrals, abuse spins or credits, or manipulate checkouts.
  • Share accounts or OTP codes in a way that enables unauthorized access.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services except as allowed by law.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

8. Platform enforcement

We reserve the right — to the maximum extent permitted by law — to investigate suspected misuse; suspend or terminate any customer or merchant account; withhold, reverse, or expire rewards associated with abuse; limit features; and pursue legal remedies for fraud, chargeback schemes, fake referrals, credential sharing, scraping, or other misuse. If we suspect fraud, misuse, or abuse of the Services, we may suspend or terminate any customer or merchant account without prior notice and without providing a detailed justification to the affected user, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Enforcement may be immediate when we reasonably believe risk or harm is high. Access to Main Street is not guaranteed for any particular period.

9. Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their shop information and offers, for honoring valid redemptions in good faith, for settling checkout outcomes honestly in the product (including indicating when payment was or was not received), and for complying with laws that apply to their business and marketing.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, branding, and software are owned by Aestryd LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Services as provided. You may not copy or exploit our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with written permission.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every merchant offer will always be available.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AESTRYD LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AESTRYD FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aestryd LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights — to the extent permitted by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account as available in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access as described in Section 8 and for any other material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and enforcement) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory laws of your country of residence — including applicable laws of GCC member states and other countries where we offer the Services — continue to apply and are not waived. Where those mandatory rights apply, nothing in these Terms limits them.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires a different process.
